Rhona Mitra
Mitra was the live action model of Lara Croft in Eidos Interactive's Tomb Raider videogame series. Angelina Jolie assumed the role in the Tomb Raider films (2001 to 2003). Mitra was no. 46 on the Maxim Hot 100 Women of 2001. She was the romantic interest of Christopher Lambert in Beowulf. She was Scott Wolf's unintentional lover interest on Party of Five, her first big part. Mitra was one of the minor characters in the film Hollow Man, which was released in 2000, as a neighbour who is murdered by Kevin Bacon. She had a main role in the medical drama Gideon's Crossing, as Alejandra "Ollie" Klein. Mitra has also appeared in Ali G Indahouse, Sweet Home Alabama, Stuck on You, and leading roles in Highwaymen and Spartacus. Mitra played Tara Wilson in the finale season of The Practice as Tara Wilson and then reprised that role into its spin-off Boston Legal, but left not long into the second season. Mitra played Kit McGraw in season 3 of Nip/Tuck 2005. Mitra was later cast in Skinwalkers and The Number 23 as well as Shooter. Mitra also starred as Major Eden Sinclair in 2008's science action/fantasy movie Doomsday. Mitra, who can be mistakenly identified as Caryn Parkerson in some databases was first seen in Underworld Rise of the Lycans in 2009. In 2009 she was cast in the role of Sonja, the powerful vampire elder Viktor. In the course of filming, she became obsessed with her vampire claws and even refused to take them off them when they couldn't be observed. "I placed the fangs the very first day, and I felt that they should have always been in place; it's odd. That's why I kept them through the entire time of shooting, throughout all my dialogue and everything." She was also featured in three episodes of Stargate Universe.
