Andrea Elson
Andrea Hope Elson is an American former actor. Elson began her acting career as a young child and as a model. She is best known as Alice Tyler in the CBS Science-fiction television series. Andrea won the role of Lynn Tanner, in ALF (1986) following an audition. Andrea was a regular on several popular TV shows, including Movies of the Day before deciding to quit the business and concentrate on her kids. ALF was a turbulent moment to Andrea Elson, who played Lynn Tanner, the teenage daughter of Kate and Willie. In her retrospective from 2000, People Elson said developing as an actress of her age in front of an audience that viewed sitcoms was a challenge. Born on March 6, 1969, in New York City, this green-eyed actress grew up traveling because of her father's job in advertising. Before turning 10, she'd lived at New York Chicago San Diego Los Angeles. Andrea was in San Diego when she met an agent. Her role for which she auditioned was selected. Fusco explained that ALF was 285-years-old and was able to drink beer. But as ALF became more popular with youngsters, NBC told Fusco you can't have him drinking the kids who are watching because it's not a great role model. Fusco was still convinced that ALF to be an adult and was able to handle alcohol. In 1995, Fusco was diagnosed with lymphoma. It was treated successfully and his condition remained stable until 2019. He died from the disease on the 26th of June, 2019 aged 75 in the Lillian Booth Actors Home in Englewood New Jersey.
